At our Homeowners Association (HOA) AGM held on November 27, 2024, we reflected on another successful year. Key highlights included:
- Strong Financial Position: The Audited Financial Statements presented at the AGM reaffirm our robust financial health, underscoring our ability to sustain and enhance estate operations.
- Estate Enhancements: Over R2 million was approved to be invested in security upgrades, landscaping, and other estate improvements for 2025, reinforcing the estate’s reputation as a premier destination.
- Growing Community: With at least four new homes set to begin construction soon, Kenton Eco Estate continues to attract discerning homeowners who share our vision.

Background on the Bank Stands
As part of our ongoing development, there are some remaining stands within the estate that were previously owned by the original developer (Kenton Eco Estate Limited). Due to the developer’s liquidation some years ago, their remaining unsold stands were placed under the curatorship of RMB (Rand Merchant Bank). RMB has appointed Broll Property Group to facilitate the sale of these unsold stands to a developer aligned with the estate’s ethos.
Rest assured, the Trustees are working closely with RMB throughout this process. Any potential developer will adhere to the estate’s constitution and vision, ensuring the integrity and values of Kenton Eco Estate remain protected. This initiative represents an opportunity to further enhance the estate’s value and strengthen our community while contributing to the overall value and appeal of the estate.
