When we decided to make our move more permanent, the next step was to find ourselves a property. The available homes in Kenton within our budget needed massive renovations, which we weren’t too keen on. That’s when we had a lightbulb moment – why not look at vacant land and try build our own dream home? But, Kenton had limited vacant plots available.
Wildlife, Nature, and Tranquillity
The estate welcomed us with open arms, offering a unique blend of wildlife (from bucks and birds to now zebra!), lush trees, expansive grasslands, boardwalks leading to the beach, well-paved roads, and the ever-so-soothing sound of the sea. It was beautiful and peaceful, just what we had been dreaming of.
It took us a few additional visits to the estate to work out which village would work best for us. After careful consideration, we decided on a plot and made an offer straight away. Our chosen spot was Erf 3301, 2 Milkwood Meadow, overlooking a stunning sand dune in Village 2.

An Exciting Next Chapter
The next chapter of our lives is incredibly exciting, and we’re eagerly looking forward to calling the Eco Estate our Home. After years of going from rental to rental, having a more permanent place to call our own is going to be truly awesome!
